This means you need only provide this information once and not every time you move service. Signpost guarantees to offer a local appointment for assessment within 4 working days of contact. Signpost phone lines are open 9am-9pm Mon to Fri and 9am-1pm Saturdays.
A confidential answering service operates outside of these times and your call will be returned at the first available opportunity. We are available during all Bank Holidays excluding Xmas, Boxing Day, 1st 2nd Jan.
